Hi Dmitry.

You need to adapt the config file to point to the right Motioncor binary:

In scipion3, config file is optional. If you don't have it, type

scipion3 config

an you will have <scipion_home>/config/scipion.conf populated with all 
the default values.

For motiocor2, in the plugin manager you will find the url where you can 
find useful information about how to configure it:

This apply too to gCTF plugin.
