[scipion-users] default density threshold of 2D class averages in SCIPION

I am kindly asking for your advice.



What are the default parameters for visualizing the 2D class averages in 
SCIPION and what is the default density threshold?



This question is connected to the possibility to see (or not) the 
structures we are interested in on the 2D class averages, projected in 
SCIPION.

There is a doubt that if the density threshold differs for different 2D 
class averages in the series of the 2D alignments, some parts of the 
structure may not be visible and/or comparable.



The 2D classifications were done using relion 2D classification protocol 
  inside the SCIPION.
