[scipion-users] Coordinates extraction from relion to Scipion

Dear colleagues,

I run the 3D refinement  with relion 3.0.8 and I want to extract the 
particle coordinates of
this run to go on in SCIPION.


How can I do that?

Or is there some more straight forward way?
