Dear Marta,

 

Apart from the fact that COOT doesn’t see the em-map it seems to be some issue in with my installation of ccp4 & phenix via the SCIPION plugin.

 

When I use the plugin ccp4 in SCIPION I got an error

 By the way when we tried to use phenix externally – the protocol finished without problems. So COOT has some issues with our map.
