Hi Dmitry,

there are some softwares that fokus on helical reconstruction: Spring 
<http://www.sachse.embl.de/emspring/>, IHRSR 
<https://bakerlab.ucsd.edu/programs/IHRSR++tutorial_v1.5.pdf>, Relion 
has also helical processing 
<https://www3.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/relion//index.php?title=Helical_processing#Particle_extraction> 
implemented. I am not sure, but so far scipion doesnt have procedures 
for helical processing included (correct me if I am wrong).
