[scipion-users] Simmetry definition

Dear colleagues,

Does any one work with the helices using SCIPION?
If yes then is there a walkthrough/manual? 
As far as I remember the helix structure analysis currently is not implemented into the workflow.

How to define the symmetry of the helix/particle? is there any tool for that?
