Hi Dario,

How is the hard drive that you are using? Local or mounted through the
network.
Anyway, I haven't seen so slow the GUI as you mention. In our case, we have
the
installation of the software in a network filesystem and it usually take
quite a bit of time
loading python libraries, but only the first time you open a window.
