[scipion-users] using MonoRes from command line

Hi all,

I have been looking for alternatives to ResMap because I need to calculate
resolution estimates for a large number of maps, and I wanted something
that required very little user input (ideally, without masks). MonoRes is
the closest to what I need. Do you have any advice for getting
MonoRes/Scipion to run through the command line, rather than the GUI?
