it's true that this section was unfortunately lost upon transition to
Scipion 2.0. It will be back in the next release. If you need it urgently
you can copy
https://github.com/I2PC/scipion/blob/devel-fixes/pyworkflow/templates/protocols.template
file
into corresponding folder.
