[scipion-users] Coordinates extraction

Dear colleagues,


I would like to extract the coordinates form the set of picked particles to 
have 1 coordinate file per image.


I tried Scipion extract file protocol but it doesn't have the files of the 
coordinates in the folder.


Any suggestions?
