Hi Pablo, It looks like a normal Relion micrographs star file. Here's an idea: I could run particle extraction, then stop it, replace input_particles.star with my file, and then continue the run. Do you think this would work? ( It's not so simple to to turn it into CTF files. ) Can you please add this import option in the wish list, thanks.
