Thanks Andrew! Your I confirm that --update will not touch already existing values at your ~/.config/scipion/scipion.conf. Sometimes, if your config does not have any special setup, like pointing to other relion installation (e.g.)...it may worth to: 1.- mv ~/.config/scipion/scipion.conf ~/.config/scipion/scipion.conf.backup20180629 2.- scipion config A clean scipion config will point to the latest versions of the em packages. If you have custom CUDA configurations there for some of the packages you will loose them...thus the "backup" Otherwise follow Andrew's instructions.
