Hi Teige, You need to run scipion config --compare to check for differences in your config file compared to the template for the scipion version that you are using. scipion config --update should update missing items in the local config, but I don't think it will change the existing package version. For this you need to edit ~/.config/scipion/scipion.conf manually to change the package names. When I try to run their protocols, I get an error message that the binaries for the previous version are missing - it is expecting an older version than the most up-to-date available to install via Scipion’s installer. Any ideas why I might be having this problem and how I can get it to use the latest versions?
