Dear Josie, You can use the protocol 'import - coordinates' (from Import > more > import - coordinates). You need to provide the coordinates files with the same name of the micrographs (without extension). One way could be to generate eman2-like .box files and use them. In the file format entry you could select from other formats. Nonetheless, you can import coordinates from a folder (in the Xmipp Picker interface), following the naming conventions stated before and not one by one.
