[scipion-users] Inquiry: Streaming processing for cryo EM facility

Dear Scipion,

I noticed that you are advertising some manner of data processing streamlining (https://github.com/I2PC/scipion/wiki/Streaming-Processing) through Scipion. We have not installed Scipion, have little familiarity with Scipion, but have need to complete on-the-fly data processing as they come off our Titan Krios and are piped toward our supercomputing cluster. We are only just now coming online with our Krios and would like a better system than simply copy/pasting (we have the fiber-optic hardware in place and are exploring the possibility of using Globus nodes to speed up the data transfer even more).

Any information about this functionality within Scipion would be greatly appreciated.
