I guess this is related with the upgrade to CentOS 7. Your issue is
described here: https://www.centos.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=48723

You should ask your sysadmin to create a symlink for missing library
(libptf77blas.so.3) pointing to libtatlas.so. Hopefully, this will solve
the problem.
