[scipion-users] xmipp3-movie extract particles error

Dear colleagues,

I have a problem with the protocol

*xmipp3-movie extract particles*
On our cluster if I use

threads - the process stops at step 14


and if i use MPI (localy MPI = 1) the program keeps failing.

Does anyone knows what is wrong and how to make the protocol work?
