Hi Dmitry,

first of all, I suggest to update to yesterday release from your beta
version.

Next, latest motioncor2 that you have needs CUDA 8.0 so I suggest to check
that CUDA_LIB / CUDA_BIN vars in $SCIPION/config/scipion.conf point to
right version
