Hi David, thanks Grigory. Scipion deals with 2 config files: 1.- One common to all users that usually is at <SCIPION_HOME>/config/scipion.conf This file contains common variables for the system, common to all users like path to java, or to MPI... 2.- One per user that by default is created at ~/.config/scipion/scipion.conf This file contains "user specific configurations" So the way it is designed, each user will have all his/her projects created in the same folder and separately from the other users.
