[scipion-users] overriding config file SCIPION_USER_DATA value

Is there any way of setting the SCIPION_USER_DATA from either the 
command line or via the environment to override the value in the config 
files?  It seems there is no way to run multiple scipion jobs 
simultaneously without clobbering the output.
