Dear colleagues,

Small question just for clear understanding -

with relion-postprocessing we are obtaining the several maps:




*postprocess.mrc*


*postprocess_automask.mrc*
*postprocess_masked.mrc*

I would like to know the difference(mask..auto....) and which one we use as
a final?

What is your understanding?
