[scipion-users] spider - apsr; xmipp3 - correlation alignment

Dear colleagues,

*Issue 1*

I try to use *spider - apsr* protocol.
The problem is with the claster configuration - it doesnot allow to run on
48 threads - an goes automaticaly to Threads 1 MPI 1

Issue 2
The *xmipp3 - correlation alignment  *keeps crashing but I need to
reproduce the error and send it in the letter emails
