[scipion-users] xmipp3-align with cl2d - saving subset error?

Dear colleagues,

The question is about xmipp3-align with cl2d protocol

I use this protocol in order to correct the picked particles - center them.

After the protocol finished I tried to save the subset - namely all
particles in the new set for the later processing in the Relion 2D. But
that did not work. The new set creation ends up with error.

Is it a problem in my data or a bug?
