[scipion-users] xmipp3 - movie alignment ( optical).

Dear colleagues,

I have an issue running xmipp3 - movie alignment ( optical). The problem is 
that I can not specify the number of MPI/ threads or run it in the cluster.

It appears that running the protocol on that defaults settings putting down 
all the users of our cluster (because it looks that I'm occupying all the 
footnote)

Is there currently other solution to run that protocol?
