 this sounds more like a code issue rather than a python one. We will have a look at it, but note that Release 1.1 is about to be released and most likely the quickest solution is already to change to this branch (if you have downloaded Scipion through git)

 From a quick search on internet looks like a Python issue, does this relate with the version of Python or is it a code issue please?
