Hi Sergey,  I can't see anyway you can get the. pos file. Unless you get into the details of the sql.  
   
 I'll check with the team if there is a workaround/hack to this and get back to you. 
   
 I'll also annotate this as something useful to implement.

 I would like to ask if it is possible to save coordinate files in .pos or any other format after Scipion-extract coordinates? Now they saved only in .sql format, but I would like to save them as normal text files for further usage.
