 Scipion should be consistent and offer you MPI/Threads and GPU if make sense. 
   
 Please, go and try whatever Scipion GPU protocols for offer. If you find any incompatibilities, let us know.

 Hi Dmitry,  Not all of them are in GPU. 
   
 Those that are in GPU are: 
   
 motioncorr, motioncor2, gautomatch, relion 2, gctf, and  igbmc-auto-picking. 
   
 As a general rule, those that run with GPU have some GPU related parameter like "GPU ID:". 
   
 It might be nice to identify them more clearly.
