Dear Dmitry, here you have 3 options. A:) Use Relion withing Scipion and Scipion will manage the conversion for you. If you want to use Relion 2.0 Beta, we already tested this in our devel branch, and, although it's pretty stable and we already process and have betatesters using it, it's a development branch with all that it implies in terms of stability. B:) Start a the Relion protocol within Scipion, and then stop it once conversion step has finished, you should have the relion star files in the extra folder. C:) All data is in the databases and files so you can create the star files yourself, but i rather do A or B. All the best, Pablo.
