Dear colleagues,

*Subset files: no *.star*

I have a subset of images obtained after 2D - relion (using SCIPION)

Inside the folder  ProtUserSubSet there are such file as:


*particles sqlitesubset sqlite*

and the 3 folders:


*extra*

*log*


*temp*
I would like to know how can I continue using relion self-standing soft  -
which file can I use as an input for 3D for example (if *star is absent)?

Is it possible to fetch *.star from sqlite file?
