[scipion-users] particle polishing

Dear colleagues,



I try to run particle polishing protocol.



As input I placed 3Dautorefine file.

The program stopped saying –



00155:   There are no images read in: please check your input file...

00156:   File: src/exp_


And after fails saying

' returned non-zero exit status 1



When I in the settings press on eye to see the input – nothing is shown



Is there a solution?

P.s. The postprocessing runs with the same input file with no problems
