Dear Dmitry,

you have 2 options depending in which step you are in.


1.- If you are extracting the particles, you can choose "other" in 
"Micrographs source", and then specify a "Downsampling factor"



2.- or..if you have already extracted the particles or imported them 
from somewhere else you can use

the "crop/resize particles" protocol. The easiest way to find any 
protocol is to:

a.- type "Control + F": a search dialog should pop up.

b.- Type, for this case, "crop" in the text box and enter.

c.- Choose, in this case the "xmipp3 - crop/resize particles"
