Dear Dmitry, For doing what you want, there are 3 steps: 1) Create a set of projection in the command line. Use 'scipion xmipp_angular_project_library', this Xmipp program mainly requires the input Volume, the output stack and the distance in degrees between projections. Additionally, you can provide symmetry if known. (We could easily add a protocol wrapping in the future) 2) Import the generated projections in 1) as SetOfAverages (protocol - import averages) 3) Select any picking that use references (e.g., Relion autopicking(two steps), IGBMC GemPicker or Gautomatch) Hope this helps Jose Miguel.
