Dear Lei, I'm really sorry for taking so long to answer your mail. We were really busy with some workshops and recently with a new Scipion bug-fixing release (v1.0.1) that will be out in the next days. When you mention estimation and correction for anisotropic magnication distortion, are you referring to a particular method? I have seen a recent one in ScienceDirect: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1047847716301095 Or a previous one (end of last year): http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1047847715300186 We will add your petition for the list of requested feature in our roadmap, but I'm not sure when we can work on it. Do you have some kind of scripts for doing this estimation and correction? You are welcome if you want to contribute with them to the Scipion code. We would be very happy to assist you with the knowledge required for adding new protocols into Scipion. Kind regards and sorry again for the delay, Bests, Jose Miguel.
