#830 Using $HOME/.scite for configs on UNIX

SciTE (236)

For now I need to save user-profile, session and localization files for SciTE.
The first problem is saving localization in user unwritable /usr/local/share.
Second, if I want to split user-profile, there is no standard place to save parts.
Also I need to rename user-profile file moving between Windows and UNIX.

I think SciTE should using $HOME/.scite to save its files on UNIX to solve this problems.

You should be saving localization wherever it makes sense for you. If you can't write to usr/local/share then write it into your account and point locale.properties at it. You can choose your own scheme for storing pieces of configuration.
