Very important feature (for programmers with overworked eyes): allow setting the cursor/caret as a wide block.Currently SciTE allows a thickness of 4 maximum, or something like that. It would be **incredibly** nice if we could set it wider, or even have an option that just sets it as a block.

Scintilla supports block cursors, but SciTE does not. I will not be working on this.
