#193 [Scite] Greedy / Non-greedy Regular Expressions

The ability to use non-greedy regular expressions would
really be helpful using the standard ? notation. When
trying to match balanced delimeters (example: HTML
tags) it is hard without access to non-greedy re.

    The restriction of REs to only matching on a single line
    would preclude most uses with HTML tags. The RE support in
    SciTE has some fairly major restrictions caused by
    licensing, bloat, and effort issues.
