#1483 Add support for the Hollywood language

Here's a language definition for the Hollywood programming language. This has been in Lexilla for some time now so I think it should also be supported by SciTE. Here's a properties file that can be shipped with SciTE. I've tested it on Windows, Ubuntu and macOS and it's working fine. It contains keyword highlighting for the core and plugin APIs of Hollywood as well as compile, build and help functionality.

To avoid very long menus, as with all new languages, Hollywood is excluded by default and users must add an imports.include or imports.exclude property in user options to enable the language.
