#115 vertical aligment when dbl-clicking and buffer switching

-- It would be more productive, IMHO, if double-clicking
a search result in the output window, the keyboard
focus would automaticaly go to the main edit window
and the result line be centered verticaly.

-- Also, when switching among buffers, the line
placement should not change. eg. if the caret is at line
546 of a file and is displayed at line 34 of the window,
well, it should stay like that....

pointers to relevant source is welcomed, maybe I can
try these out..

    The double click results in the same code as other cursor
    movements respecting the users caret policy so the caret
    policy can be tweaked. I don't want to centre the line as
    that would be more disruptive when moving between errors
    that are close together. The code attempts to focus the edit
    pane but this appears to not work.
    When changing buffers, the code normally does retain the
    current scroll position and caret line although the caret
    overrides the scroll position to ensure the caret is
    visible. There may be problems here with folding and line
    wrapping.
