#88 Bug when the first char of a line is in italic

No

When the first character of a line is in italic, and
that character has a "leg" on the left side (p), the
"leg" is not displayed. This can be seen on the
attached image.

The reason to this is obvious: The "leg" of one pixel
to the left of the main body of the letter (when in
italic), and when the caracter is the first of the line
(no spaces), there is _no space_ to the left of the
letter to display the "leg".

Maybe this could be fixed if _all_ the text started one
pixel to the right of the available space. That way
there was a pixel left to be used when this happens.
I'm not sure if this can be done this way, but
nevertheless, it was an ideia. :-)

Thanks,
-pmg

Committed change set 4199 that allows characters at start of line to overlap one pixel into margin.
