I found the Scintilla have IME bug under Windows 2003
Server. The alway hang method is:
1. Ctrl-Space (enter Chinese input method)
2. input some Chinese chars.
3. Press Ctrl-Space, it hangs. (seems it automatic
input many space).

If in step 3, I press 'Enter', then press Ctrl-Space to
toggle back English input method, it works fine.

I used Scite 1.70, or other editor which use the same
library will occurs such problem.

But gVim is workable under windows 2003 server, so I
think the problem is in Scintilla's library. Maybe the
code of control-space handling is work failed under
IME(windows input method) of Windows 2003.

On Windows XP SP2 with SciTE 1.71, I installed Chinese (PRC)
    | Chinese Simplified - US Keyboard; Created a new document;
    Set encoding to UTF-8; Typed Ctrl+Space, d, e, w, a,
Ctrl+Space and see two Chinese characters. I do not
understand Chinese myself so just tried arbitrary keys. Even
if I could reproduce the problem, its unlikely I'll work on
fixing it. Most IME code is contributed by people that have
    IME experience.
