The problem applies to yellow double-clicked error
messages and yellow indicators in the buffer. Deleting
the affected lines doesn't remove the indicators: instead,
they're moved to the following text.
Logged In: YES
It is not always correct to remove the line indicator just
because the line is removed. Error messages do not always
point to causes accurately. For example, a missing
declaration may issue a message pointing to the end of the
relevant scope. Deleting the end of scope does not mean that
the issue has been fixed and the indicator should stay until
the user decides to recompile.
