#174 Access to shortcut keys under wxGTK

Scintilla (796)
Otto Wyss

Scintilla defines key shortcuts for some editing
actions (i.e. CTRL+D for duplicate line) in KeyMap.cxx.
These shortcuts can be disabled through a CmdKeyClear.
Unfortunately these shortcut keys are never accessable
under wxGTK by the menu, etc. possibly through another
bug there. Since Scintilla library shouldn't enforce
the use of any key for normal editing actions (besides
the standard key navigation), these keys shouldn't be
defined. This is no problem since any user of the
Scintilla library can defined them through CmdKeyAssign.

This patch is against KeyMap.cxx in wxGTK but it should
be easy to apply it in Scintilla. It removes the most
crititcal key shortcuts.

Rejected. Having default key bindings is a feature. Any
client can call ClearCmdKey or ClearAllCmdKeys if they don't
like the default assignments. If a platform cannot override
keyboard assignments then that is a bug in the platform, not
    in Scintilla.
