#1513 Bugfix for copy/paste with Borland IDE

Bugfix for
Support rectangular selected text in clipboard from and to Borland Delphi IDE Commit [982cc1]

Any copied text from the Borland IDE is recognized as a rectangular selection, even if it's a normal selection.

Please find attached a patch file with the bugfix and some code cleaning on my changes.
The diff is based on the current sources.
