#1403 Ruby: HereDoc after a class or instance variable

Currently the Ruby lexer doesn't recognize HereDoc if it appears after a class or instance variable. For example, the following HereDoc:

@foo.concat <<END
...
END

isn't recognized.

Attached is a patch that fixes the issue, but since I don't actually know Ruby and I'm only 99.9% sure this doesn't break anything, maybe an actual Ruby user should test and/or check.
