#1402 Improper folding of "for" Ruby loops

Although the Ruby parser properly deals with "while" and "until" constructs using a "do" terminator, the "for" loop wasn't handled, resulting on a fold point being improperly opened both on the "for" and on the "do" of statements like "for x in [1,2,3] do". The attached patch fixes the issue by extending the current code to handle the "for" loop like it does with "until" and "while" loops.
