#1245 [GTK] Phantom lines in small files

1. (optionally) Set caret.period=0.
2. Open a small file (it's content should entirely fit on the screen).
3. Delete a line, or contract a fold, or switch from a buffer with a bigger file.

Some lines will not disappear from the screen until you type a key, or move mouse in or outside of editing pane, of until next caret blink (if caret.period is not 0).

    I can't reproduce any problems like this with SciTE 3.0.1 on Xubuntu 11.10 using GTK+ 3.2.0.
