Using scim-1.4.14 (and scim-anthy-1.2.7) breaks WindowMaker: disables events on the ROOT window (e.g. right-click to show menu).

app-i18n/scim-1.4.11-r1 works fine

Thank you for reporting this. According to https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=434138#c16 this should be fixed in version 1.4.16.
