Category: None Group: 1.4.11 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: https://www.google.com/accounts () Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Input freezes while using more keyboards Initial Comment: I updated SCIM from 1.4.9 to 1.4.11 (and also tried 1.4.14) and I recognized following issue. When you have connected more keyboards to computer (laptop with external USB keyboard or using for example Synergy) Then if you typing at one keyboard, it's OK... but if you press key at other one, then that input freezes.. and you can't type anything until you leave and return back to that "freezed" window... Steps to reproduce *) Connect more keyboards 1) open random editor (konsole for example) 2) start type on 1st one 3) start type on 2nd one --> it would produce freeze and you can't type 4) click out of konsole to lost focus (for example to desktop) 5) click back,, --> you can type now again,, until you will press key on other keyboard.. Using SCIM with Anthy Using it under LXDE windows manager Using Gentoo Linux System X.Org X Server 1.10.4 Anyway under version 1.4.9 it works fine without this issue, maybe that information could helps too..
