for the pinyin input method, I've successfully changed the punctuation shortcut from ctrl+. to ctrl+alt+. - I did the same on the 'generic table' for wubi, and while the ctrl+alt+. shortcut gets added, the ctrl+. one stays there, despite not being shown in the config.
this is quite annoying, because I have all my programs set to use ctrl+. and ctrl+, for switching tabs. I have to leave wubi mode in order to do so. this happens regardless of which GUI I'm using.
I'm using kubuntu feisty with kde 3.5.7 (and sometimes kde4)

Tz-Huan, were you able to reproduce the issue? Is Wubi an input method we should continue to support? It seems to have a lot of long-standing issues.
