#127 libscigraphica.so not created

I am building from scigraphica-0.8.0.tar.gz file. The
configure, make, install seems to work okay. But there
is no library to link against for my own programs. Should
it not be making a libscigraphica.so or something of this
sort. It does create the scigraphica program which
works okay.
